At Spectacle Prints, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom print products and exceptional customer service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and reprints may be issued.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their files and order details before submission to ensure the best possible outcome.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The printed product contains a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by Spectacle Prints
- The wrong product was shipped to you
- The product arrived damaged due to shipping or packaging issues
- Your order was not fulfilled within the guaranteed delivery timeframe (excluding force majeure events)
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-printed items are non-refundable if the issue is caused by customer error or preference.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Errors in files uploaded by the customer (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, low resolution)
- Products that match the customer's uploaded design but do not meet personal expectations
- Change of mind after the order has been processed
- Differences in color perception between digital screens and printed materials
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Print Errors & Quality Issues
If you believe your order contains a printing error or quality defect caused by Spectacle Prints, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A description of the problem
Our team will review your claim and determine whether a refund or reprint is appropriate. We reserve the right to request the defective item be returned for inspection.
Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price, including any applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Your payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors.
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including sales tax, use tax, and value-added tax (VAT). Tax rates are calculated based on your billing address and applicable local regulations.
File Submission Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the content, quality, and accuracy of all files submitted for printing.
Spectacle Prints does not proofread, edit, or verify customer files for errors. We print exactly what is submitted. Please ensure:
- Text is spelled correctly and properly formatted
- Images meet the minimum resolution requirements (at least 300 DPI)
- Colors are set to the correct color mode (CMYK for print)
- Bleed and trim areas are correctly configured
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if:
- The cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order
- Production has not yet begun
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Reprints vs Refunds
In most cases where Spectacle Prints is responsible for an error, we will offer a free reprint rather than a monetary refund. Reprints allow us to ensure you receive the product you originally intended.
If a reprint is not possible or desirable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Delivery Issues
For orders not received or lost in transit:
- Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe
- We will investigate with our shipping partners
- If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer a reprint or full refund
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue with your order:

- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Attach clear photos if the issue involves product quality or damage
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours
