Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spectacle Prints.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use Spectacle Prints. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Spectacle Prints will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Orders & Print Specifications

All orders placed through Spectacle Prints are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

You are responsible for ensuring that your files meet our print specifications, including resolution, color mode, and file format requirements. While we make every effort to match digital designs, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the nature of the printing process.

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at final print size
• Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF
• Color mode: CMYK preferred for accurate color matching
• Include bleed areas where applicable (typically 3mm)

Files Upload & Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Spectacle Prints. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, store, and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

File Retention

We retain uploaded files for 30 days after order completion to facilitate reprints or corrections. After this period, files are permanently deleted from our servers unless you opt for extended storage.

Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price, including any applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Your payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including sales tax, use tax, and value-added tax (VAT). Tax rates are calculated based on your billing address and applicable local regulations.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once your order has been approved for production. Production time does not include shipping time. We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

For delivery orders, you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Spectacle Prints is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are subject to additional fees and availability. Expedited production does not guarantee expedited shipping unless specifically selected at checkout.

Reprints, Refunds & Cancellations

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product with a printing error or defect caused by Spectacle Prints, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for errors in your submitted files, including spelling mistakes, design issues, or incorrect specifications.
• Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds unless there is a printing error on our part.

To request a reprint or refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect products before issuing reprints or refunds.

Intellectual Property

The Spectacle Prints platform, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Spectacle Prints and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our platform without our express written permission. The Spectacle Prints name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Spectacle Prints for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Submitting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Using our platform to distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Using automated systems to access our platform without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we suspect prohibited use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPECTACLE PRINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Spectacle Prints shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Changes to Terms

Spectacle Prints reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Spectacle Prints shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
